Scientific Testing

All of our products are tested for heavy metals and go under microbiological testing before they are processed with extraction. Furthermore, the samples of extracted materials are taken throughout various stages to ensure that the specs are met in the laboratory. Our laboratory uses the most advanced equipment and testing methods, including HPLC, TCL, and independent laboratories certify the potency of every ingredient. Each product has been verified to contain what it claims on the label. Independent microbial and in-house microbiological testing of all products is also performed to ensure supplement purity.

GMP/ISO Certified

RU Ved manufactures all of the ayurvedic products in its state-of-the art plant in Nagrota Bagwan in Himachal Pradesh, India. This is an ISO and GMP certified facility that is headed by Mr. Jitender Sodhi. All of the production is done under the supervision of biotechnologists and doctors. The manufacturing takes place in temperature, humidity and dust controlled rooms. Every single piece of equipment is thoroughly sterilized before each production run.

Extraction

Stringent quality control is performed at Ayush’s laboratories by a team of scientists using the latest technologies. Ayush’s patented herbal-extraction method uses state-of-the-art technology to obtain the maximum level of active principles, as well as full-spectrum extracts, after which the extracts are spray-dried, oven-dried, or freeze-dried. As the extracts are concentrated, they go through another inspection for heavy metals and further microbiological testing. Finally, each batch is hygienically packed and samples are tagged and kept for future reference. Additional testing by third parties is performed on every one of Ayush’s formulations, ensuring that each product meets Ayush’s own high standards of excellence.

Since we are located in the foothills of the Himalayas, we are blessed to have a clean and pollution free environment, predominantly being a reason we prefer locally grow ayush herbs.
